Halo 3 or modern warfare 2 more appropriate for my 10 year old?

Of the two halo has less violence directly ociated with a relevent scenario to the world today. It's storyline can be more easily dissociated from reality while Call of Duty depicts blatent kiling of other humans along with a story line that can be difficult to handle emotionally considering MW2's story is loosely based on real world events. Although neither are appropriate for a ten year old in any way halo would be the lesser of two evils in this case. I love the COD franchise and own and play the series but the M (17+) rating is in place for a reason in this case :)

I am 23 and the girl is 14. The thing is that this girl is always touching me for no reason. She was sitting behind me in church and she suddenly touched the back of my neck to see if I was "ticklish". She also touched my arm a couple of times in a playful manner. Many times that she walks around me she pokes me, shoves me playfully, or punches my stomach softly in a playful manner. She also hugs me as a greeting everytime she sees me. Child needs daddy or visa verse?

There is a girl whos 22 years old and was put into a rehab for 2 weeks because she kept threatening suicide. Mom and dad are divorced she lives in her dads apt but dad is remarried and lives nearby. At every visit she promises she is sorry ,she wont commit suicide she was doing it for attention. Now 2 weeks later she is discharged from rehab and back in her apt and dad keeps a close eye on her. Question..Should dad have to move back in with her just because that is what she wants or should he stay at home with his wife and continue to monitor her. The girl comes over to the dads house from time to time but there are other kids living there who are afraid of her addictions and dont like to be around her. She calls him all the time for the silliest things and yes she does get along with the stepmom but cant live with them because she cant be trusted. What would you suggest?

Coronation Street bad boy David Platt realy excelled himself last night (Oct 31) in the 1 hour wedding special. Without going through the whole plot, the last scene where he is shown looking through the upstairs bedroom widow, with the net curtains drawn, back lit - you would think it's the same scene as Norman Bates looking through the window in Psycho! We have a short ured tenancy in Scotland, and pay �900 a month for our 4 bedroom family home. When we moved in the landlord had left the double garage full to the brim, and a car in our driveway. He told us this would be removed in 2 days. It wasnt... it took three months for the car to be moved out of the driveway, and almost six months for the garage to be emptied. We have very small children and have spent the winter having to defrost our cars in the morning. We also waited two months for him to fix the fire, which still hasnt been fixed, and the shower in the ensuite bathroom was smalling of smoke, instead of fixing it he just turned the pump off, so now its got little water pressure. We spoke to a solicitor and our landlord and reducedour rent to �750 a month to push him to emptying the garage. When he still did not we withheld a months rent. After he emptied the garage we paid the rent, and then the next month restared �900 a month. He issued us with a notice to quit stating we hadnt paid enough rent, and were late on paying it! Will we be evicted? Our son has a chronic disease, our children are settled in the local schools, we have no where else to go. We were meant to be here for 2 years.

This is a hard question for me to answer since I am a Christian and gay. I will only answer the first part of your question since evolution is a myth and isn't worth anyones time. I once read that God is perfect and when we accept Christ we are therefore made perfect like Him. This is hard since I know that me being gay is a sin. I believe God didn't make me gay. Nor did I choose it. I believe that everyone has a predisposition to sin. Some people have a disposition to lying or stealing. For me, I really try not to lie, and I haven't stolen since i was a child. But if you look at children, most first words are NO! and MINE! They even cry when they don't get their way. What is that? Coveteousness. Children don't know that that's what they are doing until their parents teach them that it's wrong. That's why we have the Bible. It tells us that ity is a sin. And if you continue in sing it leads to death. God doesn't tell us not to be gay because he'll kill us, He tells us this because sin is dangerous. I'm sorry I got off track a little. Anyway, I don't think God made us gay. I believe that He can change us, but I think that we have to give up our pride. That's the thing with gay people (i know you all are gonna take offense to this) they not only accept being gay but are proud about it. Why be proud? Are heterouals proud to be straight? Do they have their little parades every year? What I'm trying to say is pride is the ultimate sin. Look at Lucifer. Pride started the whole thing. How do you cap off old knob and tube wiring running to a light bulb in the closet?

I demoed the closet wall to put closet doors in and have it down to the studs. I found two wires running down a bare stud to an old light bulb socket fixture and I want to remove this fixture and cap off the wiring. Do I put a junction box on one of the studs, run the wires through it and cap it off with safety nuts and then cap the box? Do I need to leave the junction box cap flush with the drywall for access?

My cat pesters us for food thanks to neighbours kids. help?

My cat is a 1-year-old neutered male in a neighbourhood with a few other moggies. My neighbours love him to bits and the kids entice him in. The problem is, he now treats their house as his own. At meal times the kids encourage him with bits of food and he now troubles us when we eat. Because of the way the kids encourage him, he'll literally try and take it out of our hands when we eat or try and crawl onto our laps at teatime. He also jumps up on our kitchen counter an steals food he is not entitled to. We can't punish him because he's going to be confused. I wouldn't even keep a Betta in a 4 or 5 gallon tank, far too small. Mine's in an 8 gallon. To have a reasonable quality of life, the fish needs to have enough space to move around as freely as possible. I do get what you mean, but Gouramis don't live in shallow puddles in the wild, Bettas do, so cope better in a more confined area if absolutely necessary.

I think we do tend to do that here, if players are not tested on a daily basis then how can we judge how good they really are? I agree that if your good enough your old enough just look at Rooney and Ronaldo they are both testament to that. his problem is he has an owner who bought a pet with no research on how said pet should be kept ... you never keep one crab by himself ... hermit travel in large colonies in the wild, so to be ripped from the wild and tons of friends only to be kept in your crappy critter keeper is offensive ... your crab is stressed out and i would not doubt he will stop moving completely ... does the crab have a tank that is 80 degrees in temperature and 80 degrees in humidity ??? if not the right temp and humidity, number one killer of hermit ... you said he is digging in aquarium sand ... is it hermit crab coloured sand (if so change it, that is detrimental to the crab), is it sand castle consistency, is it deep enough he could bury himself completely ??? does he have a hut to hide in during the day ??? are there things to climb on ??? does the crab have access to fresh water and marine water, both that have been dechlorinated ??? if you do not dechlorinate the water it damages their gills and kills them ... a fish tank quality dechlorinater is needed and not anything made for hermit (zoo med and crab worx items should be avoided) ... and all hermit need access to salt water made with marine salt from a fish store and again not anything made by zoo med or crab worx ... has the crab been fed meat, fruit and vegetables on a regular basis ... staple hermit crab food (most including zoo med and crab worx) contain a preservative that will kill ... fish flakes are not appropriate food for hermit ... does the crab have a form of calcium to consume ??? and is there an undertank heater to keep the substrate warm ??? you really should do some research before you bring a living creature home ... and as i said, the only problem here is an impulse shopper without a clue, it is just sad the poor little guy has to die slowly and painfully because someone couldn't type land hermit crab care into a search engine ...

well im not 100% sure if im late for me period... i had a baby 4 months ago and had one period at the start of july, started bcp for the first time on the same day, had two smaller periods throughout july (not sure if they were breakthrough bleeding or actual periods) and im not sure when my last breakthrough bleeding started. im wondering if i should bother going to get a test tonight (its 10pm) or if it wont even come up positive because its not my first urine of the day. my test with my son was after i was a week late and was in the middle of the day but if i were pregnant i could be anywhere from 4-5 weeks. i was 5 1/2 weeks with my son when i got symptoms, the two days before i tested. since im nothing but tired (but a 4 month old could contribute to that) i dont know if it would be a waste of time. what do you think? should i bother tonight or just wait til the morning or a few days because im not even sure if im late yet (easier to test with first pee)?

I think its because children are brainwashed into it from an early age. I see it everyday. Luckily my dad didnt like football and my brother and I hate it! I had my daughter in the pool by the time they were 3 months old and they loved it. There are swimmer diapers to put on them you can get them at any stop you shop at. as for swim flotations I didn't use the ones on there arms but they do have like a little chair made for water and they liked that. My shingles rash is alost gone, but I have a new pain radiating from the site. Is this normal?

The rash was on the the left upper back. Now I have shock like pains going into my left shoulder down into my arm all the way to my elbow. The same pain starting in my left upper thigh going all the way to my ankle. My doctor took my off the Acylovir early because I was having tingling pins and needles in my hands and feet and that is starting to fade. (that only happened at night) I just don't know what to do about it. The pain is tremendous and I feel like my husband thinks I'm making it up. I don't have insurance, I spent as much money as I'm going to (two doc visits) for basically nothing. If I knew they could actually fix this I would go back. But so far, they haven't done anything useful.

Why is everyone saying that Rondo is the best PG in the NBA?

First of all, Rondo cannot shoot 3's. I mean, you can still be a good PG without the 3 element, but it'll kill opponents to have a PG shooting three's. Second, his jumpshot is inconsistent. I've seen Deron Williams, Steve Nash, and Westbrook shoot much more consistently from the field. Third, it's not really important, but he can barely dunk too. So as you can see, he's not as all-around as the other great PG's in the league. I've seen him dunk but not as much. But you get my point here right? Other than ping why is everyone thinking Rondo is the best PG in the league? Sure Rondo is the reason for all his ists but mostly it goes to his team with sharp shooters from Pierce, Allen, and Garnett. And if you think his little fake up and under move, is the reason he's good, I've seen Steph Curry do the same exact thing. It's not even that hard to do. Am I missing something? I use a studio H-frame design and if you look at most artist artist that work in their studios you will find they mostly go with this design. Display easels are not good for painting and a while a field easel can be folded up and taken just about anywhere, for in home or studio use the H- design is the best way to go because it's the sturdiest of the three and can accommidate a wider selection of canvas sizes. Can anyone help tell me what my dreams mean and make sense of them please?

I was approaching a set of lights where one car was waiting on red, I approached on the right hand side of my lane ready to overtake the stationary car should the lights change. The lights changed as I anticipated, I accelerated to overtake the car but the idiot sped away like mad to 30MPH, so I sped up a little further to about 35MPH in a 30 zone to clear him. Whilst doing so I manoeuvred to the other side on the road (To the right) through a speed camera zone which was situated only on the other side of the road, opposite direction. Roommate Issues?

I have a roommate that has become completely impossible to work with. She runs up the electric bill 24/7 and has money to burn but always acts as if she's broke. Nothing is sacred (be it food, space or mail), she acts like a parent (though is 2 years younger than myself) and is completely condescending when I try to compromise with her expensive habits. In addition, I do not have access to our bills (she moved in first and has online bill pay) and she will not give me a statement. I'm either breaking my lease at the end of May or getting someone to sub-lease it. Since there is no satisfying the crazy roommate of mine I was wondering if there are any tricks to ignoring or getting over the mounds of money and sanity she's costing me. Do you worry about weedeating around every tiny little thing every time? As in all trees, all of the house, etc etc. How perfect do you get it? Make sure its perfectly level with the yard and get every single blade of gr cut? how about gr stuck in fences or in between rock/pavers that the weedeater string cant get to? Do you edge the driveway and sidewalk every time? Or just trim? When mowing do you ever get a few blades of gr here and there that dont get cut when the blade hits it? Is that ok? Do you go back over it again or leave it be? This happens to me alot, even when mowing slow but you have to be looking and focusing on the yard to notice them. Ive never had complaints, but i am a bit of a perfectionist and I am wondering how perfect I really need to make the gr. My mower is a Dixie chopper 20hp 42" with gator blades and I think the blades need to be sharpened with a different angle and a stiffer spring for the belt tension since it doesnt cut as well on the discharge side of the deck, the blade farthest from the tensioner .

You probably do get them on your own, but you don't notice because nobody is with you to react, so you stay asleep. Social security cards are automatically sent out within the first month or two after you have your baby but birth certificars they do not send it to you... I live in California and I had to go for my sons birth certificate at the courthouse where the recorder room is and that is where you get birth/death certificates and it was $18 for my sons. You also have to go to the courthouse in the county that your daughter was born in so if you've moved out of the county then you have to go back there to get one, or also check to see if they have an on-line website for that county and try to purchase it on there.
