Why do designers come up with crap excuses for bombarding us with anorexic models?

while it's true that clothes hang better on slim people, it's not good to be anorexic. slim is different from skin and bones, but many women think it's the same. I don't think it's as bad as women getting implants, though, just to look like stars. at least anorexic models are cly.
