How does this work.....................?

Someone i know is concerned about how fraternity and conception works. She claims she had with a man on 7-12-09, and a different man on 7-13-09. I know that sperm stays in the body at lease 3 days. If she misses her period this month and becomes pregnant, is there a way to determine the father with out fraternity test.
