Canadian Immigration Law?

I fI were to Renounce my United States Citizenship (thereby becoming stateless, without the protection of any international government) United States Law has no Clear & Concise Definition that I cannot Renounce My United States Citizenship unless I have Citizenship with another country. Now, If I renounce My United States Citizenship and Illegally Cross into Canada (byping Border Check Points & Canadian Immigration Officials) Can I Go to the Canadian Consulate & File an Application for Political Asylum or Refugee Status for fear of persecution because sending me back to the USA could warrant life imprisonment because I am Rendered Stateless.
