What are those pants from the 80s called?

Pretty much every time I see someone pulling off a Mullet look, it is usually accompanied by these strange pastel, MC hammer sized, polka-dot with stripes pants. Do these pants (supposedly 80s inspired) have a specific name?? Lol!
