Among Hillary & Obama, who is more concerned to address to the issues of the other ( non black) minorities?

The minorities comprising , native American Indians , Hispanics and others ( non black) are found to complain of the neglect of their concerns / issues by both the Whites and Blacks. If at all only the Democrats are some what concerned. So who among the principal democrat contenders is espousing the cause of these other minorities and what are the issues they are addressing to?
