When was the last time you were disappointed?

I just opened a brand new box of white cheddar cheez-its and they're stale. I don't understand how they can be stale if I just bought them 2 days ago and just opened them now. But I'm thouroughly saddened by the fact that I can't enjoy these tasty little treats.
