Weird pokey feeling in my stomach (added details)?

i have had the same issue. mine sometimes is just random movement in my lower abdomen, and sometimes it's poking like you said. i have no clue what it is. like you, i'm not pregnant (neg. test) and it's not gas. i am going to go to the doctor. i keep putting it off because it's not painful or anything, but it is really weird and since it's been going on for so long, i want to go make sure nothing is wrong. i think you should probably do the same.
