I have never use rhapsody and my debit card is getting charged?

i just called my bank 1800 number on the back of my visa debit card said i was 12.18 over draft . well to be honest i had about 15 dollars on after last weeks pay check and paying bills well i called the suppose to be 24 hour hotline number ended up having to wait till 6am before anyone answerd the phone well they tell me its rhapsody charging my card i said what i have never used it never have and never will cause i use limewire :-) free stuff i was woundering if anyone has had this happen to them before?
