Is the movie "Parents" scary?

I found it on hulu. Apparently it's about a boy with cannibal parents. Is it scary? I got the feeling that it's more of a gory, dark humor sort of thing but I'm not sure. I'm just wondering, I'm not sure if I'm in the mood to get the crap scared out of me right before I go to sleep :P
