you need to find another psychologist because this is not something she is just going to grow out of. Talk to her pediatrician too and see if they can help you find someone. Also her school guidance councilor might be able to help. Please do not give up on this little girl. She needs you guys because it is obvious some bad things are going on. I would also get a really good lawyer and go back to court or call CPS and have them investigate again. she needs to get away from her mother. I'm sorry, i wish I could help more. Keep fighting for her though.
