Can i transport HOT bbq pulled pork in one of those lg Igloo bev. containers. Any ideas w/o sterno?

dont have access to electricity and dont want to use sterno. Thought if i heated at home i could then put in a 5 gallon Igloo bev. container. I think we have heated hot water for cocoa at the school and used it that way. not sure how long it would stay warm thoughDoing Craft fair at 9am but wont need port till at least 11,am. Obviously i would have to open from top and not serve from spout. lol
