Child Health Bill?

i absolutely do not agree - if he can come up with trillions for a war, then he can come up with 35 billion for child healthcare. What he doesn't understand (more like doesn't care about) is that there are people that work and make too much money for Medicaid but don't make enough to pay the outrageous insurance premiums (myself being one). On top of the insurance premiums there are still costs at the doctors office, hospital , and pharmacy. This is the day I've decided that I absolutely HATE George Bush.
