Which is stronger in order of precedence?? tramadol dihydrocodeine or tylex?

hi dr frank, ive recently been taken off fentanyl patches 150mcg 2x 75mcg, i also took effentora 600mcg qds for breakthrough pain, now im on tramadol 2x 50mg (100mg) qds. co-codamol(tylex) 2 bid. arcoxia 90mg 1 in the morning. i have 2 herniated disc's and im still in alot of pain have you any suggestions, would substituting the zydol for 80mg dihydrocodeine qds be any better for pain relief?? thank you!
