Is transferring to another university worth it (PLS HELP)?

I want to transfer to the 2nd year @ university of hull business school from another university to study accounting BSC but i'm not sure if its the right thing. i want to know if it can affect me in some way later on. I have been given an admission letter but I need to b sure that 'i am nt makin a move dat would cost me dearly.
