How does a thirteen year old lose weight? (Please help)?
Hey everybody, im a thirteen year old male almost 14 and I am 5"8 and weigh about 127 pounds. I am not really fat but i just have a little stomach that I would like to get rid of. I looked at myself in the mirror tonight and I dont know if I ate too much or if im fat lol....2 years ago was when I was really fat and last summer I drank light energy drinks and ate alot less and did alot of sit ups/push ups and stayed up late and that seemed to really work for me. I felt alot healthier and better about myself. This summer, energy drinks just taste nasty for me for some reason and I need to know a REALLY fast way to lose weight. I know about the whole excersize and eat healthy thing but I want something faster and better. And please dont spam me with all of those acai berry/diet pill ads. I dont want to look fat when school starts this year because there are ALOT of hot girls there lol. I dont really have a choice at what I can eat. My mom just buys whatever she gets at the supermarket. Sometimes its healthy and sometimes its not so healthy. For example in the fridge right now I have eggs, sharp cheddar cheese, salami lunch meat, beer (lol), apple juice, cranberry juice (i love it), water, peaches, romain lettuce, potatos, almonds, apples, tortillas, mexican shredded cheese mix, apple sauce, pineapple cup mix, whole wheat bread, sourdough bread, uncooked t bone steak, and your average condiments. I am a good cook so I dont have to worry about that but what can I do? What are some healthy recipes? If you actually got this far reading, thank you. Best answer gets 10pts.
